Misura la larghezza partendo dal punto lateralmente più esterno della spalla sinistra fino al punto lateralmente più esterno della spalla destra.
Torace:
Avvolgi il metro da sarto attorno alla schiena, sotto le braccia, misurando la parte più ampia del torace.
Seno:
Avvolgi il metro da sarto attorno alla schiena, misurando la parte più ampia del seno.
Vita:
Avvolgi con il metro da sarto la parte più stretta del girovita, sopra l’osso dell’anca.
Fianchi:
Avvolgi il metro da sarto intorno alla parte più ampia dei fianchi, tenendo le gambe unite.
Gamba:
Misura la lunghezza partendo dal punto lateralmente più esterno dell’anca fino tallone.
