Orders and Payments

To make a purchase, you must follow the online procedure carefully. Pinko reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of doubts about credibility – incomplete or inconsistent personal data, unfulfilled payments for previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of credit card etc. – or when certain products are unavailable. Communication of the rejection or cancellation of an order may not be immediate and may also occur as a result of subsequent contact by the Customer.
How do I make a purchase?

Click on the desired product to access the relevant product page and view all the details about the product itself. Select the size, then click on “Add to cart”.
To purchase, click on “Proceed to purchase”. To delete the product, click on the X at the top.
View the products in your cart and, to finalize your order, click on “Checkout”.
Enter the required shipping information and select the payment method:
Credit card (online prepayment – for Italy and abroad).
Finally, read the summary of your order and click on “Pay and place order”.

After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the details of your order and confirmation that it has been accepted.

Only adults are permitted to place orders.

Pricing and Payment Methods
The prices shown on the website should be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site or in these Conditions.

Payment for Products can only be made in the following ways:

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
On the page of the payment system (Axerve) handling the economic transaction.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall Pinko be able to access the Customer’s credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. No electronic record of said details shall be held by Pinko and therefore under no circumstances shall Pinko be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorised use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
