- WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE USED?
PINKO OUTLET provides home delivery with the UPS Standard courier service exclusively.
Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm) will be accepted on the same day and delivery follows the time-frames for the relevant country and shipment type. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; they are made on the first following working day after.
- WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHAT ARE THE TIMES AND COSTS?
Shipping times are between 2-5 working days for the UPS Standard service.
Shipping is free for orders over 180 Euro. For orders less than this amount, shipping costs are equal to 7 Euro.
- IS THE ORDER DATE DIFFERENT FROM THE DISPATCH DATE?
The order date refers to the time at which the order was placed and confirmed on the site. The dispatch date, however, refers to the time at which the goods leave the warehouse and are taken over by the courier.
- HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE SHIPMENT?
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer with all the details of the shipment.
What happens if the courier does not find anyone in at the delivery address?
- The courier will do what they can to deliver the package to the address specified. All the delivery details will be available on their website.
- If delivery of the shipment is not possible, the courier will leave an InfoNotice in the Customer’s mailbox or near the intercom. The InfoNotice will include the address of a UPS Access Point (if available in the vicinity of the delivery address) where the package can be collected.
- If delivery to a UPS Access Point is not available, the Customer will be notified that the courier attempted delivery and a telephone number to arrange redelivery will be provided.
If delivery attempts fail, the goods will go into storage and the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Services team to provide the information needed to release the stock. Should the Customer fail to respond within three days of receipt of this notification, the goods will be returned to the warehouses and the amount paid for the goods purchased will be credited back.
- WILL THE COURIER CONTACT THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DELIVERY?
Generally speaking, the courier does not call in advance and does not handle requests for delivery at specific times.
- UPS MY CHOICE
To manage incoming UPS shipments, the UPS My Choice service is available.
By subscribing to the UPS My Choice service, you can receive an estimated arrival time and notifications on the progress of the delivery. You can set holiday times, change a delivery address, or track a package held at a UPS location.
